How easy it is to operate and maintain my web hosting company?
When a customer purchases web hosting from you and makes their first payment, the hosting is set up automatically on your server. You don't have to lift a finger! The system is fully automated from the initial welcome email to the account information email. And, you have full control over the information provided to the customer including the customization of the automated emails sent to them.
Do I need to know how to operate or maintain my server, including the security?
Although it is helpful if you learn about operating your server and its security, we handle this for you. We set up the basic security and assist you as needed for the day to day operation of your server including recompiling PHP or Apache on an as needed basis in order to best serve your customers.
What about domain name registrations?
You will be an authorized reseller of domain names. Your customer will be able to purchase a domain name at the time of purchase and it will automatically be registered to point to your servers nameservers. You will set your own pricing for domain name registrations and will reap the benfits of the annual renewals.
What about pricing?
You set your own pricing for all of your products and can change them with one-click anytime you choose.
What about billing?
Your billing is fully automated. You can customize all of its features exactly as you desire and then the system fully automates the billing process, collection of monthly recurring payment, reminder billing, invoicing- in fact everything is handled in a fully automated fashion!
Can I sell other products?
You can sell any product you choose including web design, search marketing services and more.
